MarTech PowerApps Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented MarTech developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps.

You will work closely with stakeholders to align data structures and processes with business requirements, ensuring seamless integration across systems.

Your expertise in integrating CE with external platforms, particularly marketing automation tools like Marketo, will be invaluable in driving successful campaigns and maximizing client investment.

In this role, you will also be responsible for troubleshooting sync, API, or business logic issues within CE and across integrated systems, utilizing your strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in SQL for data validation and system debugging.

Key Skills & Experience:
  • Strong hands-on experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including Power Apps, custom plugins, workflows, and Power Automate.
  • Proven experience integrating CE with external platforms, especially marketing automation tools like Marketo.
  • Proficient in SQL for data validation, integration troubleshooting, and system debugging.
  • Solid understanding of marketing lifecycle data, including lead/contact status and email engagement tracking.
  • Skilled at troubleshooting sync, API, or business logic issues within CE and across integrated systems.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability, suppression handling, and implications for data quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Clear written communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
