Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to spearhead the development and implementation of high-performance dashboards, scorecards, and trackers. This key role involves collaborating with technical teams to refine and deploy operations tools, ensuring seamless performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dashboards and Scorecards: Design and maintain actionable dashboards, scorecards, and exception trackers that provide real-time visibility into operational metrics.
  • Tech Collaboration: Work closely with Tech/Product teams to enhance and deploy operations dashboards or tools, driving effective data-driven decision-making.
  • Governance Support: Assist city and cluster leads in conducting high-quality governance rituals, promoting accountability and transparency throughout the organization.
  • Action Tracking: Monitor and follow through on agreed actions, serving as the 'operations conscience' of the field support team and driving capability building initiatives.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Provide guidance and support to newly appointed Cluster Managers and Center Managers during their onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and technologies, such as dashboards and project management tools.
