We seek a seasoned infrastructure program manager to spearhead strategic initiatives across data centers, public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise platforms.
As a key member of our Customer Platforms & Technology Services organization at Epsilon, you will drive planning and execution of critical infrastructure projects, lead quarterly planning cycles, define milestones, manage risks, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders across multiple teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and performance metrics.
- Collaborating with engineering, security, and operations leads to define program goals, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Tracking key deliverables and milestones across concurrent initiatives, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and providing timely updates to executive stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Improving execution discipline by promoting best-in-class program and project management practices, facilitating cross-functional alignment on priorities, dependencies, and deliverables, and maintaining program documentation in Confluence.
Successful candidates will possess:
