Job Description
We are seeking a visionary technical co-founder to join our founding team. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of Whichi's platform, making strategic technical decisions that shape its future. Your expertise will be crucial in architecting and developing our web and mobile applications, focusing on scalability, performance, and user experience.

You will work closely with our team to implement advanced AI/ML algorithms for personalized fashion recommendations and support for independent brands. Additionally, you will assemble and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Development: Architect and develop Whichi's web and mobile applications.
  • AI Integration: Implement advanced AI/ML algorithms for personalized fashion recommendations.
  • Team Building: Assemble and manage a high-performing engineering team.
  • Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with Whichi's business goals and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with hands-on experience in full-stack development.
  • Proven expertise in AI/ML technologies, preferably in recommendation systems or e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience in leading a team or building a product from scratch.

Bonus Points
Your skills in start-up environments, fashion tech, e-commerce, or related industries would be valuable assets in this role. Experience in SEO, analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies could also be beneficial.
