As a Senior ASIC Verification Expert at Micron, you will be responsible for creating SoC Verification plans, developing C/SV based SoC verification tests, and performing Processor based SoC verification and Emulation using C/SV.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing simulation FW and C test scenarios to verify system level use cases
  • Defining ASIC Validation criteria, creating Validation plans, and implementing/porting Test scenarios for ASIC Functional validation
  • In-depth involvement in MUB/Silicon Bring-up activity
  • Supporting FW bring-up and validating ASIC features for FW path Enablement
  • Working closely with FW team, understanding, and recreating/root-causing the Issues identified on Silicon
  • Working closely with SOC Verification team and enabling Portability of SOC-C test cases for ASIC validation
  • Developing low-level FW HALs for ASIC IPs/Flows
  • Developing validation FW for HALs and running in Emulation/FPGA/Simulation platforms
  • Interacting with Architecture/Design/FW teams to identify actual FW implementation and performing verification accordingly

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Engineering
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in SOC Verification/Emulation
  • Minimum 5+ years of ASIC Validation/Silicon Bring-up/post-silicon debug support
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in HAL implementation/FPGA/Emulation platform
  • Strong Preference for skills having both Verification and Validation Expertise
  • Strong UFS or PCIE or ONFI validation platform Expertise is a must
  • Have good working knowledge of Lab Equipments including Protocol Exerciser, Protocol Analyzer, Oscilloscopes etc.
  • Knowledge of industry standard interfaces, such as DDR, ONFI, AXI is an advantage
  • Proven experience in scripting languages such as Python/Perl/TCL
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Positive attitude must
