Medical Device Specialist Job Opportunity

As a Medical Device Specialist, you will be responsible for visiting hospitals and patient residences to perform pacemaker check-ups, implants, consultations, and follow-ups. You will also assist cardiologists and surgeons during pacemaker implantation procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pacemaker Check-Ups & Device Monitoring: Verify device functioning, battery life, lead connections, and programming settings of implanted devices at various locations.
  • Patient Consultation & Education: Guide patients on lifestyle modifications, device usage, and safety guidelines to ensure proper use of medical devices.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed reports of patient visits, device status, and technical checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of pacemaker technology, device programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical information to patients, doctors, and caregivers in simple terms.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills to handle multiple patient visits and hospital schedules.
