E-commerce Growth Specialist

We're seeking a skilled E-commerce Growth Specialist to join our team. The right candidate will have a proven track record of running profitable e-commerce campaigns on Google and Meta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for e-commerce campaigns, focusing on maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze performance metrics, including CPC, CPA, CTR, AOV, and LTV, to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce campaigns on Google and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including PPC, bidding models, and conversion optimization.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
