Lead AI Transformation Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a senior consultant with extensive experience in leading large-scale AI transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to leverage AI to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute AI transformation strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of AI initiatives on business outcomes
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and expertise

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10-18 years of experience in management consulting or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI transformation engagements with measurable business impact
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle, including data strategy, model development, deployment, and MLOps
  • Expertise in linking operational changes and AI initiatives to financial metrics valued by boards and investors
  • Ability to work with Traditional AI (predictive analytics, optimization, NLP, computer vision) and Generative AI (LLMs, agentic AI, RAG architectures, fine-tuning, prompt engineering)
  • Familiarity with security, governance, compliance, and model monitoring requirements for AI at scale
