Job Title: Fashion Product Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fashion Product Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

As a Fashion Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of fashion products from design to production. You will work closely with designers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all products meet quality and timeline standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate sampling and production processes
  • Develop and maintain product information databases
  • Collaborate with designers and manufacturers to ensure product specifications and timelines are met
  • Monitor and report on production progress and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in fashion merchandising or production coordination
  • Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and manufacturing processes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


What You'll Do
  • Share accurate tech packs and design intent with vendors.
  • Coordinate all samples (proto, fit, PP, bulk) → approvals with design & ops.
  • Track raw materials (fabric, trims, labels, packaging) → no delays.
  • Maintain production calendar aligned with drop launches.
  • Conduct QC checks during sampling & ensure bulk matches approved samples.
  • Report weekly to Creative Head + Head of Ops.


Who You Are
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, proactive.
  • Excel / Google Sheets savvy for trackers & dashboards.
  • Excellent communicator with vendors + design team.
  • Knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction.
  • 1–3 yrs experience in merchandising / production coordination (apparel).
