Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule supply activities for LFE and Additives in targeted growth geographies.
  • Manage raw materials supplies, inventory levels for all materials, and transactional flow through all supply points in scope.
  • Ensure material and transactional flow supports required customer lead times and service levels.

Accountabilities:

  • Create and ensure adherence to production schedules, considering production capacities, inventory objectives, and raw material constraints.
  • Release sales orders based on logistic capacity and inventory position at stock points.
  • Ensure delivery notes leave plants on time, finding solutions to respect shipment schedules.
  • Oversee raw materials replenishment from 3rd party suppliers and Lubrizol entities.
  • Daily communication with 3P supply points, suppliers, customer experience teams, account managers, business, supply chain, and logistics partners to ensure common understanding of status and collaborate to resolve issues.
  • Accountable for monthly stock reconciliation and annual inventory.
  • Manage SAP workflows, including process and purchase order creation, customer sales order confirmation and release, goods receipts, and inventory updates.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Key contact for test purposes in SAP for new implementations or processes linked to SAP.
  • Fully engaged in sales and supply chain review meetings.
  • Check and validate invoices for tolling and logistics activities, establishing reserves.
  • Responsible for SAP master data accuracy.
  • Manage SCAR process for 3P suppliers in scope.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain within process industries.
  • Minimum 2 years of prior SAP user experience.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office products.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
  • Flexibility with schedule to interact with counterparts in the United States and China.

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Additional qualifications and experience in Supply Chain & Procurement of Logistics preferred.
