Financial Consultant - FICA Specialist">

Job Description:

As a Financial Consultant - FICA Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining financial systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the finance team to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain FI-CA components including Dunning, Payments, Account Determination of Settlement Rules, Write-Offs / Value Adjustments, Refunds, Security Deposits, Promise To Pay, and Interest.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with offshore and onsite teams to drive project development and implementation.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change.
  • Work with developers to explain technical requirements and provide input on system configuration.
  • Train and educate users on new system functionality and best practices.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system integrity and reliability.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with SAP FICO, including configuration and maintenance of FI-CA components.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex financial data and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
