**Job Opportunity: Technical Support Specialist**The role of a Technical Support Specialist is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support for global customers.Responsibilities include:
  • Providing online/offline support for global customers with prompt and courteous responses.
  • Utilizing knowledgebases, tools, and product user guides to resolve known customer issues efficiently.
  • Delivering high-quality, customer-driven support services to resolve customer enquiries at the first point of contact, fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Assisting customers in resolving open requests for support, assistance, information on finances & transactions.
  • Demonstrating ownership and willingness to resolve issues in a timely manner, showcasing exceptional problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to assess customer sentiment accurately, and maintain professionalism while interacting with customers and internal teams.They must also be able to work effectively with personnel, tools, and resources to help resolve customer issues.
