Our company is looking for a highly skilled Data Management professional to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for implementing data warehouse solutions and managing data quality.

Job Description

As a Senior Associate, Data Management, you will work closely with our onsite leadership team to implement data warehouse solutions within our internal system. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Analytics data warehouse and Master Data Management (MDM) system, leveraging data from various internal applications and data vendors.

Your key responsibilities will include understanding business processes, designing database and reporting solutions, and contributing to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure that business requirements are satisfied. You will also develop and deploy processes to establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Professional work experience in Master Data Management.
  • Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, or Veeva Network.
  • Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts, and other technologies in the market.
  • Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis.
  • High proficiency with the SQL language and database management.
  • Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.

Bachelor's degree in computers/information systems and at least two years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
