Murex Testing SpecialistAre you an experienced test automation professional looking for a challenging role in the financial services industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Murex testing specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Murex modules (Front Office, Back Office, Risk, Interfaces, etc.).
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using automation tools.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and support teams to understand requirements and validate system behavior.
- Implement automation frameworks and ensure reusability, maintainability, and scalability of scripts.
- Defect tracking, logging, and retesting in coordination with development teams.
- Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution cycles.
- Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices.
- Provide regular status updates and test progress reports.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of overall experience in Murex testing.
- Hands-on experience in Murex automation Tools.
- Strong understanding of Murex architecture and workflows (FO, BO, Risk, Accounting, and Interfaces).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Java, Python, or similar) for automation.
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, or similar).
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries for test data validation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
