About the Opportunity :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a UI/UX Developer. You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to bring digital experiences to life with intuitive, visually appealing interfaces. If you're passionate about crafting user-first web and mobile applications, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive web interfaces.

- Collaborate with designers to understand user journey and improve usability.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Maintain and improve front-end code quality, design consistency, and performance.

- Conduct regular usability testing and gather user feedback to enhance experience.

- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and data-driven features.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Proficient in React.js, Vue.js, or any modern front-end framework.

- Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Zeplin.

- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field.

- Internships or projects that demonstrate UI/UX capabilities.

- Knowledge of animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP) is a plus.

- Basic understanding of SEO and performance optimization is a bonus.
