Key Responsibilities
  • Drive innovation and unite clients and their goals across services
Duties and Expectations
  1. Develop and Execute creative strategies that align with the company's brand, vision, and business goals
  2. Lead and manage a team of copywriters, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation
  3. Collaborate closely with designers to ensure words and visuals work seamlessly together
  4. Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop innovative content and experiences
  5. Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand assets, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms
  6. Work on integrated campaigns, from digital and social media to TVCs, print, and beyond
  7. Write across formats, including ads, scripts, social media, and long-form content, switching effortlessly between Hindi and English
  8. Manage budgets, timelines, and creative resources efficiently
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team
  3. Creative Skills: Strong expertise in storytelling and campaign development
  4. Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and manage a team of creatives
  5. Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to convey ideas effectively
  6. Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and KPIs
  7. Problem-Solving: Innovative mindset with the ability to navigate challenges creatively
