Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Administrator to lead the upgrade of PowerCenter Repository from 10.4 to 10.5.1 in a GCP Virtual Machine environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter Administration, proficiency in SQL, strong scripting skills in UNIX/Linux and Python, and familiarity with C++ and Autosys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the upgrade of PowerCenter Repository from 10.4 to 10.5.1 in a GCP Virtual Machine environment
  • Collaborate with Database Administrators to set up and configure databases for new repositories and domains
  • Administer and maintain Informatica PowerCenter environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Informatica workflows, sessions, and server configurations
  • Automate routine tasks using UNIX shell scripting, Python, or other tools
  • Monitor system health, perform backups, and ensure high availability of the Informatica infrastructure
