Job Title: Cloud Security Professional

Location: Bhavnagar, India

Experience:

We require a seasoned Cloud Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of cloud infrastructure and architecture, as well as expertise in deploying, managing, and optimizing AWS services.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure cloud solutions using AWS services such as VPC, EC2, RDS, ELB, S3, and IAM.
  • Collaborate with cloud architects and developers to create security solutions for cloud environments by designing security controls and ensuring they are integrated into cloud platforms.
  • Monitor cloud environments for suspicious activities and threats using tools like SIEM systems and implement security governance policies.
  • Automate cloud security processes using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible and implement infrastructure as code (IaC) to ensure secure deployment and configuration.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, network, and software development teams to promote secure cloud practices and educate employees about cloud security best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Platform Engineer with a strong focus on AWS.
  • In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, ECS, and others.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and compliance standards in cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
