Medical Counselor & Clinical Support Role

We are seeking skilled professionals to fill a unique hybrid position that combines patient consultation and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations, review medical histories, and ensure accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, protocols, and regenerative therapies in clear, empathetic language.
  • Address patient queries, building trust and confidence throughout the treatment process.
  • Set up IV lines with precision, ensuring one-prick insertion for each patient.
  • Oversee IV infusions and regenerative therapy administration in compliance with established protocols.
  • Support physicians in minor procedures, regenerative injectables, and surgical preparation as needed.
  • Monitor patient vitals, identify early warning signs, and respond promptly in emergencies.
  • Ensure patients are thoroughly prepared for procedures, including pre-treatment clearances and education.
  • Provide guidance on post-infusion care, including hydration, medication, and activity instructions.
  • Follow up on patient recovery progress and facilitate seamless handovers for continued care.
  • Collaborate closely with nursing staff, therapists, and front desk personnel to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
  • Pursue ongoing training and skill development to maintain high standards of clinical performance.
