Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished and highly skilled Fertility Specialist to join our team of experts in providing comprehensive fertility care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, with specialized training in Reproductive Medicine/ART.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed fertility evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and performing ART procedures including IVF and IUI. They will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and maintain accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough fertility assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for patients.
• Perform and supervise ART procedures, including IVF and IUI, ensuring high ethical and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with embryologists, andrologists, and nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Provide empathetic counseling and support to patients throughout their fertility journey.
• Participate in clinical audits, case reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance services.

Requirements:

• Education: MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
• Specialization: Fellowship or MCH in Reproductive Medicine/ART (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of post-qualification experience in fertility or ART practices
