Job Title: Open Banking Solutions LeadAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Open Banking Solutions Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our efforts in developing innovative solutions for Open Banking and Open Finance.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing regulatory requirements, designing compliant solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows. Your ability to engage with senior executives and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be essential in this role.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be responsible for managing the full implementation cycle end-to-end, ensuring successful launch and delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze Open Banking regulations and design compliant solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage the full implementation cycle end-to-end.
Requirements
  • Proven 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
