Quality Management Role

About the Team:

  • This role is a key part of ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality standards.

The Quality Management team plays a vital role in supporting audits, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across the hospital.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the successful completion of internal audits, cross audits, and corporate audits.
  2. Oversee timely collection and submission of quality improvement data.
  3. Drive quality improvement projects, mock drills, and committee meetings.
  4. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, manuals, policies, and procedures to ensure proper document control.
  5. Work closely with the leadership team to implement and monitor quality standards.
  6. Identify documentation requirements and prepare them within 15 days of identification.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in any field along with an MBA or MHA (Master's in Hospital Administration) or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the quality department, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Hands-on experience with audits, accreditation processes, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of documentation management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
