About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Associate. As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert support in various areas of financial services, including strategy, transactions, and due diligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Excellence
    • Understand the business, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges, etc. of the target company.
    • Analyse historic and current financial information.
    • Analyse projections and assumptions used for the same.
    • Identify deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation, etc.) and advising on ways to address the issues.
    • Conduct analysis of transaction risks and ways to mitigate them.
    • Understand transaction structure and base the same advising on structuring issues.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Foster high team orientation.
    • Develop good communication skills both written and oral (including report writing).
    • Build strong relationships with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates should have a qualification in Chartered Accountancy (CA) and experience in Big 4 accounting firms.
  • A minimum of 15 months post-qualification experience is required.
