Job Description:

The role of an NDT Trainer is a dynamic and challenging position that requires expertise in Non-Destructive Testing methods.

As a full-time on-site employee, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training programs across various industries.

Developing accurate and up-to-date learning materials, course content, and practical exercises is crucial for the success of this role.

Additionally, you will conduct classroom sessions, provide hands-on training with NDT equipment, and evaluate trainee performance.

Ensuring trainees understand and adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and best practices is also essential.

Maintaining, calibrating, and managing NDT equipment, as well as training specimens and test samples, are key responsibilities.

Continuous professional development and staying updated on advancements in NDT technology and industry standards are vital for success in this role.

Collaboration with internal specialists, examiners, and external stakeholders is necessary to improve training quality and maintain professional standards.
