Product Designer

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to envision, design, and develop innovative AI Agentic experiences. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional groups to craft user-centered solutions that drive business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing seamless end-to-end user experiences, balancing technical and business requirements. You will work closely with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to deliver interaction and visual designs aligned with UX goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Leadership: Drive the creative process, influencing designers and non-designers to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Experience Vision: Craft and present design strategies to stakeholders, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technology feasibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, research, product managers, and engineers to deliver interaction and visual designs aligned with UX goals.
  • Design System Advocacy: Promote and advocate for the adoption of design systems, sharing insights and collaborating with other designers to drive improvements.
  • Communication & Storytelling: Clearly articulate design work, craft compelling narratives, and foster proactive collaboration.
Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, or related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience working in product or service design. Alternatively, a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience or equivalent experience is acceptable.

The ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements is also necessary for this role.
