You will work closely with our Training and Ops teams to understand contractual commitments, deal books, and customer priorities as an Assistant Manager.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team and establish clear priorities and deliverables
  • Drive performance development through clear expectations, performance appraisals, insight sharing, coaching, and personal development support
  • Foster a positive employee engagement culture
  • Monitor operational performance via metrics and dashboards (based on SLAs/KPIs) and effectively escalate when necessary
  • Handle process escalations, communicate with stakeholders, prepare, coordinate, and execute action plans as needed
  • Present results and key financial metrics to senior management in a timely manner
  • Develop strong working relationships with business Finance partners and ensure stakeholders' key priorities are met
  • Daily and weekly interactions with clients on operational performance, proactively communicate about process/team status or changes and issues/risks
  • BUILD strong communication and close working relationships with key stakeholders at Customer sites
  • Actively participate in implementing process/work changes, assist on projects, and serve as a change agent within the team
  • Pro-actively participate in planning resource availability, recruitment process for new team members
  • Plan and coordinate newcomer's introduction to the team and to the process through efficient and complete process training

Qualifications We Seek In You
  • A minimum 1-year experience in Accounts Payable accounting is required
  • English language proficiency level C1 or higher is essential
  • Practical experience in team management is a must
  • French and/or German language skills at a proficient level will be a significant advantage
  • Work experience with ERP systems in Accounts Payable area will be highly valued
  • University graduate with an Economic studies degree
