Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead strategic and operational projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a structured and proactive individual with strong analytical skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a growth-oriented attitude. Experience in project management within the industrial setting is highly preferred.

  • Manage and oversee all production-related projects, including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with external vendors, contract manufacturers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, effective communication, and timely updates.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; manage resources, identify dependencies, and monitor timelines.
  • Identify and evaluate project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively and constructively.
  • Improve SOPs and workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including progress, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with relevant standards, in collaboration with QA/QC teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in project management within an industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, FDA, and FSSC 22000 regulations.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, manage project budgets, and optimize resource usage.
  • Professional-level English communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms.
Preferred Qualities
  • Prior experience in the food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience coordinating with international teams is a plus.
