As a patch engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and compliance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize patches based on criticality, including zero-day vulnerabilities and past-due updates.
  • Validate successful patch deployments and ensure systems meet patch compliance standards.
  • Experience on Qualys tool to remediate patch vulnerabilities.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong in PowerShell scripting (to create customized remediation scripts).
  • Hands-on experience with MECM (for patching/remediation activities) and strong troubleshooting (OS/patching related issues).

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in patch management and related fields.
  • 6 years of relevant experience in patch management.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting, MECM, SCCM, and Qualys tools.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • BigFix experience as an added value.
