We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
  • Manage reception area, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Handle courier, mail, and document coordination.
  • Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Provide administrative support to management when required.
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Divert sales leads to relevant stakeholders and maintain customer relationships.
  • Assist in sending brochures to potential clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client and sales information.
