Key Engineering Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive system design and platform architecture decisions.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building scalable, resilient systems using Java (Spring Boot) and event-driven architectures, and solving real-time, high-throughput challenges in search, pricing, and booking workflows.

You will own end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives from design to deployment, lead multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, and mentor teams while solving the most complex, ambiguous technical challenges.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of backend development experience, deep Java expertise, and a strong ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

Distributed systems experience with event-driven architectures, NoSQL databases, performance optimization and latency tuning skills, and an ownership mindset with proven track record of delivering mission-critical projects are also required.

Bonus points will be given for LLM pipelines, RAG, or agentic AI experience, Databricks, Spark, or large-scale data processing, travel-tech or B2B marketplace background, and full-stack experience with React.
