This role involves managing restaurant listings, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and engaging content across the platform, including data management, content audits, competitor tracking, and supporting the sales team with priority restaurant onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and publish new restaurant listings with accurate information, images, and offers.
  • Audit and update restaurant profiles regularly to maintain accuracy and consistency in menus, offers, timings, and other details.
  • Upload, maintain, and organize restaurant data efficiently across internal systems.
  • Evaluate all content for accuracy, tone, and brand standards.
  • Monitor competitor platforms for new restaurant launches and updates.
  • Create a priority onboarding list for the sales team based on competitor tracking and market trends.
  • Collaborate with design, tech, and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely updates.

Requirements include a degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field, strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, good communication skills, and a proactive approach with interest in the food and hospitality industry.
