Job Summary:

As a Finance Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in financial operations, assist in transactional processes, and support reporting and compliance activities.

You will also contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while learning how data informs decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Record and check day-to-day financial transactions,
  • Assist in preparing basic financial reports (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow),
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering and organizing data,
  • Help maintain financial trackers and spreadsheets,
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries,
  • Support month-end closing activities like reconciliations and documentation,
  • Provide data for tax filings and audits when needed,
  • Contribute to small process improvement tasks and ad-hoc finance projects

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Pursuing CA
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience in Tally, Quickbooks, Zoho, Xero
