Job Summary
As a Technical Lead for ATE Test Solution Development at Infineon Technologies, you will drive the new product development for Industrial and Automotive Microcontrollers on Advantest Automated Test Equipment (ATE) 93 K solutions. Your key responsibilities will include driving the New Product Launch (NPP, NPI), creating pre and post silicon validation test engineering strategies and deriving efficiency. You will also perform feasibility studies and design ATE hardware for multisite development on Advantest 93K (UltraFlex an added advantage). Additionally, you will drive capability for test review, such as DFT (including SCAN, MBIST) and DFM, and Analog test methods and testing.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive the New Product Launch (NPP, NPI), create pre and post silicon validation test engineering strategies and derive efficiency.
• Perform feasibility study and design ATE hardware for multisite development on Advantest 93K (UltraFlex an added advantage).
• Drive capability for test review, such as DFT (including SCAN, MBIST) and DFM, and Analog test methods and testing.
• Develop comprehensive Test programs on Advantest 93K ATE SMT7 and SMT8 for Industrial and Automotive MCU products portfolios on complex SOCs.
• Define test patterns from design simulation environment to ATE format.
• Drive characterization, Qualification and production Test program for wafer sort and Back End.
• Aim at Test cost reduction, cycle time reduction, yield improvement, and release of production test programs with high quality.
• Documentation for product test plans and test methodologies to meet product specification.

Required Skills and Experience
• 15+ years' experience in ATE Test Solution Development.
• BE/ME Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science.
• Experience with developing Multi-site Teradyne Ultra Flex and/or Advantest 93K test solutions desired.
• Experience in Digital, Analog and RF product test development.
• Experience in VB, C, C++, Java & automation scripting (PERL, PYTHON or MATLAB).
• Knowledge of Teradyne IGXL version 9 and 10+ and Advantest SmarTest8 preferred.
• Hands-on approach with electronic bench-test equipment - oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, pulse and signal generators, power supplies, DC source/measure.
• Excellent Project Management Skills with demonstrated ability to identify manufacturing improvements, manage change, and implement solutions.
• The ability to organize and present project information and goals in a concise, clear manner.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
• Demonstrated high level of technical leadership, mentoring, and strong communication skill set.
