Oracle HFM Technical Lead Job Opportunity

Penta Consulting is a leading technology resource solutions provider across the EMEA region.

We are currently working with our client in the search for a Technical Team Lead, focusing on Oracle HFM (Hyperion Financial Management).

This will be a full-time role, initially 6 months, and can be worked fully remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster technical expertise in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), including system configuration, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee teams and strategic initiatives to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Manage financial consolidation, reporting, and close cycles to meet business requirements.
  • Optimize metadata management, business rules, and data integration techniques to streamline processes.
  • Work with FDMEE, Smart View, and other Oracle EPM suite tools to enhance team efficiency.
  • Analyze complex financial data to provide actionable insights to finance and business stakeholders.
  • Resolve system and process inefficiencies through proactive problem-solving.
  • Collaborate effectively across global teams and influence decision-making through excellent communication skills.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in a global support environment.
