Webflow Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Webflow developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of high-quality web experiences.

About the Role

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and manage our marketing web properties. Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with designers to develop web pages and landing page concepts
  • Maintaining site performance through regular audits
  • Measuring conversion, traffic, bounce rates, and providing directional suggestions to the team
  • Creating innovative interactive concepts in Webflow
  • Collaborating with content, design, and product teams
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the field
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, with the ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma
  • Understanding of SEO, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying current with ever-changing SEO trends
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • An excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites
