We are seeking a highly skilled Front-end Developer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for building sophisticated, configurable, and reusable front-end components across our web platform.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and data structures, as well as extensive experience with React, NextJS, and Redux. You will also possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering pixel-perfect user experiences.

You will engage in close collaboration with UX designers, product managers, and back-end engineers throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable front-end components adhering to best practices and accessibility standards.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and data structures, applying this knowledge to design efficient and performant solutions.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of front-end solutions.
  • Possess a robust design thinking mindset and an acute eye for detail.
  • Able to critically deconstruct design proposals, ensuring all visual, interaction, and technical aspects meet the highest standards.
  • Take ownership of features from concept to delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience developing web applications, focused on front-end component development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding and practical application of fundamental computer science concepts.
  • Extensive experience with React, NextJS, and Redux.
  • Mastery of modern CSS, bullet-proof layout techniques, and responsive web design principles.
  • Familiarity with web services and APIs (RESTful APIs preferred).
  • Experience with unit testing, and front-end testing.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of design systems and pattern libraries.
  • Experience with code review and mentoring junior engineers.
