Job Title: Salesforce Vlocity/Omni Studio Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced technical lead to oversee the development of complex business processes using OmniStudio solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in Vlocity, with hands-on expertise in Omniscrits, DataRaptor, cards, integration procedures, and Lightning Web Components.

Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end development of scalable, reusable, and performant solutions using LWC integrated with OmniStudio. The successful candidate will also provide guidance to development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

Collaboration with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders is essential for defining and validating solution architecture. This includes leading integration implementation with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and native connectors.

Tech delivery timelines and coordination with project managers, QA, and DevOps are crucial. The ideal candidate will drive adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Risk identification and mitigation, ensuring secure and high-performance solutions, are key objectives. Mentorship and guidance of junior and mid-level developers within the team are also expected.
