
Senior Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to propel the growth and performance of our products.
Responsibilities:- Business Development Lead:
- Drive key business metrics, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue for assigned financial products.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with data-driven teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
- Drive initiatives to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
- Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution:
- Own GTM strategy for new product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive messaging.
- Business Planning & Projections:
- Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, annual operating plan, and continuous performance tracking.
- Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
- Key Business Metrics Ownership:
- Drive key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost, revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Growth Programs & Campaign Execution:
- Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
- Optimize growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, focusing on long-term customer value.
- Partnerships & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, product, marketing, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
- Continuous Experimentation & Optimization:
- Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in driving growth for digital products and services.
- Experience in owning P&L of a product/category, and driving growth in high-performance environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
- Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive growth.
