Generative AI Model Developer

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Model Developer to join our team. As a key member of the data science and engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative GenAI solutions using large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and deep learning techniques.

Your primary focus will be on:

  • Designing and implementing Generative AI models for tasks such as text, code, image, and data generation.
  • Applying prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques to optimize performance of LLMs.
  • Building and deploying machine learning pipelines for training, validation, and deployment of GenAI models.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and popular ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon) and natural language processing techniques.
  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant).

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI solutions into business applications, driving innovation and growth through your expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science, with 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science and 2-3 years of hands-on expertise in Generative AI applications.
