Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible professional to oversee our day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support compliance and reporting functions.

This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable transactions, including vendor payments and customer receipts. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing bank reconciliations, monitoring daily fund positions, and assisting in the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and MS Excel skills to handle large data sets. They must also possess attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries in the system (ERP/SAP/Oracle)
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily fund positions
  • Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports
  • E nsure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory returns and payments
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit and statutory purposes
  • Coordinate with external auditors during statutory, tax, and internal audits
  • Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
  • Assist in fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and related schedules
  • Reconcile ledgers and identify discrepancies
Requirements:
  • B.Com/M.Com or Semi-qualified CA
  • Freshers/2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS
  • Strong MS Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines
