Job Description

An Invoicing Clerk will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial accuracy of operations by ensuring timely and precise invoicing.

The incumbent will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers, meeting invoice delivery timelines, and entering invoices into customer invoicing websites.

Additionally, they will submit invoices electronically, understand customer-specific requirements, check each field on invoices before submission, and ensure all supporting documentation is in place.

They will also maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as references, work closely with the payroll & invoicing team, and accelerate the invoice submission process.

Furthermore, they will send out statement of accounts to customers, reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, handle invoice rejections and credit adjustments, and continuously support improvement of platforms for invoicing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Fresh graduates to a maximum of 1.5 years of relevant experience in invoicing.
  • Qualification: Commerce or finance background (B. Com/M. Com/BBA/MBA).
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Technical Skill: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table).
  • Other Skill: Good analytical & logical skill.
  • Accounts Knowledge: Good accounting knowledge.
