Growth Marketers in this role drive our business forward by harnessing analyst and partner channels. They build relationships with key analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies, and execute on these plans to achieve measurable growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive analyst briefing and follow-up plans.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, RevOps, and AEs to define messaging, ICPs, pitch, training materials, and MQL growth initiatives.
  • Build joint GTM playbooks and campaigns with ISVs, SIs, and channel partners to drive co-marketing efforts.
  • Establish a partnership program for diverse market segments, including developing training kits, onboarding materials, and CRM maintenance.
  • Identify and prioritize partners based on ICP overlap, market access, and influence potential, and define tiers, co-marketing benefits, referral programs, training workshops, incentives, and lead-sharing structures.

  • Strong understanding of analyst and partner dynamics, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on delivering results-driven growth initiatives.
