Senior Strategic Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in defining business priorities and driving strategic initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the CEO/CMD to develop and implement business strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Manage and track progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and effective resource allocation.
  • Support in preparing business plans, project pipelines, financial models, and board-level presentations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment between operations, engineering, procurement, finance, and HR teams.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Management, Strategy, or Operations is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 12-18 years of experience in infrastructure, construction, EPC, or related industries.
  • Proven track record in project management, strategy, or senior leadership support.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.
  • Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and reporting capabilities.
  • High interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
