Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of senior executive leadership and management roles within the financial services industry, preferably within multinational banks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex situations into a simple digestible message.
  • Key influencer of people, with exemplary teamwork and collaboration skills, and the ability to gain buy-in and support to driving an end-state design through to execution.
  • Strong understanding of Technology operational management requirements for banks and knowledge of the external environment.
  • Experience of managing within a complex matrix environment, with deep financial and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to manage and mitigate operational risk effectively, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.

Candidates with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
