Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Services Consultant to join our team. As a SIEM Admin L2 Cybersecurity Professional, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Security Device Management SIEM, Arcsight, Qradar, incident response, threat hunting, Use case engineering, SOC analyst, device integration with SIEM. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Implementing projects on track with partners, providing required reports to management and clients
* Handling project and BAU operations while ensuring high levels of systems security compliance
* Coordinating with and acting as an authority to resolve incidents by working with other information security specialists to correlate threat assessment data
* Analyzing data from various sources within the enterprise and drawing conclusions regarding past and future security incidents
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 4+ years of experience in IT security with at least 3+ years in SOC
* Expertise in Security Device Management SIEM, Arcsight, Qradar, incident response, threat hunting, Use case engineering, SOC analyst, device integration with SIEM
* Working knowledge of industry-standard risk, governance, and security standard methodologies
* Proficient in incident response processes - detection, triage, incident analysis, remediation, and reporting
* Competence with Microsoft Office, e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
We also welcome candidates with one or more security certifications: CEH, Security+, GSEC, GCIH, etc. Additionally, we are looking for individuals with intuitive abilities to manage change, proven time management skills, and a strong work ethic.
