Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices, AI implementation in the Engineering process, and will play a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence in our projects.

This position requires a strong understanding of industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on embedded system design, development, and implementation. Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in embedded systems. Drive innovation by proposing new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings.
  • Develop and enforce quality standards for embedded system development. Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Share knowledge through workshops and seminars.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in embedded system development, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, familiarity with Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
  • Experience in embedded systems development with good understanding of embedded software development, including C/C++, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures and communication protocols like CAN, SPI, I2C, and UART.
  • Knowledge of FPGA, System design, verification and validation, and test automation.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies with proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from concept to production.
