Lead Visual Communications Specialist

At schbang, we're looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team.
A senior graphic designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs, collaborating with clients and teams, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Main Responsibilities:- We need you to collaborate with clients or account managers to discuss business objectives and requirements.
- You will interpret client needs and develop design concepts.
- Develop design briefs and campaign mood boards by researching information and analyzing data.
- Create designs, concepts, and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
- Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
- You should be able to work with a wide range of media, including digital creatives, print creatives, web banners, etc.
- Communicate with internal teams to discuss business objectives and requirements from a design perspective.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising.
- Collaborate with a team of printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior team members and peers on their work.
- Stay aware of current trends in visual arts.
- You must be proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent design and artistic abilities are essential.
- A good understanding of AI Integration in design work is required.
- You should have great time management skills.
- You must be able to work efficiently and contribute in a team environment.
