We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

This role focuses on designing static and digital creatives for social media, digital campaigns, print collateral, and other client requirements.

The individual is expected to manage multiple design assignments, collaborate with the creative, marketing, and production teams, and actively contribute to maintaining and elevating our visual identity.

To ensure success in this role, we are looking for someone who can:

  • Consistently adhere to brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Meet agreed deadlines for all projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless incorporation of feedback
  • Participate actively in internal brainstorming, workshops, or design reviews
  • Use professional editing tools and AI to improve output
  • Follow company processes for efficient delivery
  • Regularly report to managers

The successful candidate will be up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Growth Trajectory:

0–3 Months: Deliver quality work on assigned brand creatives, gain proficiency in agency processes, and build strong working relationships with the team.

3–6 Months: Take on a broader range of design assignments, offer ideas to enhance visual output, and participate actively in team brainstorming.

6–12 Months: Demonstrate reliability across multiple campaigns and platforms; begin mentoring newer team members or interns on design tools and agency practices.

12–18 Months: Progress to handling major campaigns, contribute to agency design standards, and support the Design Head with training, reviews, or special projects.
