Global Customer Advocate Senior

We are seeking an Investigation Specialist Sr, SCOT who embodies a customer-centric approach to problem solving. In this role, you will work closely with Amazon Sellers to resolve complex issues, leveraging your exceptional communication and analytical skills to provide effective solutions. Your expertise in STAR investigations will enable you to navigate even the most challenging situations, ensuring seamless resolution and exceeding customer expectations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies to address Seller issues and questions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve root causes of complex problems.
- Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
- Communicate complex technical information to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, proposing innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, embracing new ideas and approaches to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, building trust and credibility through transparent communication and timely issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a customer-service environment, preferably within a contact center handling escalation and client support/service delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to develop innovative solutions.
