Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Architect to lead the development of our multi-agentic AI SaaS platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and delivering cutting-edge components that drive business growth.

In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design and implement fault-tolerant, multi-tenant architectures that meet the needs of our customers. You will also mentor junior engineers, lead architecture reviews, and manage sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate product vision into secure, scalable features and manage full development lifecycle
  • Design and implement fault-tolerant, multi-tenant architectures with LLM workflows, vector search, and RAG pipelines
  • Champion CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CDK), automated testing, and observability
  • Mentor junior engineers, lead architecture reviews, and manage sprint planning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4–6 years of production SaaS development experience
  • 3+ years in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) and React (hooks, TypeScript)
  • Deep understanding of SQL & PostgreSQL tuning
  • Knowledge of distributed systems, caching, event-driven design
  • Proficiency in AWS services (EKS, Lambda, S3, Aurora, IAM), Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Experience with high-scale applications (>1M MAU or >10K TPS)
  • Strong skills in DSA, design patterns, and mentoring
